Our team has built a set of policies to ensure that everyone has equal access to our studio, where they safe and comfortable. Thank you for respecting them. 

  • Mome Studios provides a 5-minute grace period after the class start time.

    If you are not in class by that time, entrance will not be permitted and No Show penalties will be applied to your account (see below).

    We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes early to set yourself up for a successful class.

  • If you miss your class without canceling, you will forfeit your session credit and be charged the full $25 no-show fee.

    If you have an unlimited membership, you will be charged the full $25 no-show fee.

  • If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. Our system will automatically add you to the class should a spot open up. You will be notified of your class placement via email and text. If you are on the waitlist and are no longer able to attend class, please remove yourself as soon as possible. There is no penalty for removing yourself from a class waitlist.

    Cancellation, late, and no-show policies still apply if you are added to a class from the waitlist. 

  • We will do our best to cancel classes with plenty of notice if there is inclement weather. Email and text notifications will be sent when a class has been cancelled, and information will be shared on our Instagram. Class credits will be returned to your Mindbody account.

  • The schedule is available one week in advance of the class. Bookings open up at 10:00 a.m. ET daily.

    Instructors and classes are subject to change. Updates are shared on the class schedule. If you have already booked a class, you will receive a notification as soon as the change is made, via email and text. Cancellation policy remains in effect, even if the teacher changes during the 12-hour period.

  • Cancellations can be made through the MindBody app or website. Guidelines for cancellation below:

    • Cancel more than 12 hours before class: no penalty, eligible credits will be returned to the Client’s account.

    • Cancel less than 12-hours before class: Client incurs a $12 fee, retains class credit.

    • Cancel less than 2-hours before class: Client incurs a $12 fee, loses class credit.

    • No Call / No Show: Client incurs full $25 fee and loses class credit.

    Waitlist: There is no penalty for removing yourself from a class waitlist, even if it’s within the 12 hour window. If you are admitted to a from the waitlist class, the same guidelines and penalties apply for cancellations.

  • It is the responsibility of the client to notify the instructor of any ailments or injuries that apply to instruction. We are not medical professionals, and as such our instructors are empowered to restrict a client from taking particular class formats if it might impact their safety. Any client who is denied access to a class as a result of this policy will be refunded or credited for the session.

  • Mome Studios is located at 105 Ocean Street in South Portland. Free parking is available to all guests behind our studio off of E Street. Guests may also use on-street parking on Ocean Street.

  • Mome Studios is not responsible for lost property, however, we will do everything we can to help you locate your belongings. If you believe you have left something behind in the studio, please contact a Mome Studios team member as soon as possible.

  • We are so excited that you will be welcoming a new member of your family! If you are less than 20 weeks pregnant, you are welcome to take all class formats. Please consult with your doctor before attending any group fitness class, in particular if you are more than 20 weeks pregnant.

  • Mome Studios has a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination and harassment. The safety of our community is our number one priority. We expect our team and our members to show up with respect and consideration for themselves and the people around them. Any allegation of discrimination or harassment will be investigated and addressed immediately by our management team.

    If you experience or observe inappropriate behavior from another member of the Mome Studios community, please contact us to file a report.

  • Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • In the studio, please be mindful of the language you use when speaking about yourself. Harmful self-talk doesn’t just affect you—it affects those around you. We want everyone to feel like their best selves here, while also recognizing that not every day will be a good one. If you ever need a private conversation, we’re always here for a 1:1 chat.
